I, as a requirement for admission to and retention of membership and participation in Greener Photography, Inc., am committed to environmentally-friendly practices and to encouraging conservation within our industry. Within our own businesses and in doing business with others, I am committed to these principles:
- I believe that I have a responsibility to protect the environment.
- I strive to present photographic services in a manner which reflects the highest levels of professionalism.
- I embrace the highest levels of honesty, professionalism and integrity.
- I pledge to comply with all applicable environmental regulations and to strive to exceed compliance
- I pledge to conserve energy, water, and other natural resources; to develop and implement practices that prevent pollution and waste; and to offer products to our clients that are environmentally-friendly, conservation quality, locally-made and/or cruelty-free.
- I strive to be a source for change within the photographic industry by encouraging related businesses to be environmentally responsible.
- I agree to not use any marketing or competitive practice which conflicts or competes with Greener Photography Incorporated or violates any Federal Trade Commission, or other Federal or State regulatory agency rule or regulation, or Federal or State statute or any decision of any Federal or State Court.
- I recognize that all materials, text, data, logos, information, resources and certification processes of Greener Photography Incorporated are proprietary and copyrighted. I will not use nor duplicate this information without explicit permission from Greener Photography Incorporated.
